The Welly is in Freemantleⁱ and because of it's back street location (& real ale) it doesn't suffer from the idiots who knuckle drag up Shirley Road between lager palaces.

The Dolphin is on the opposite side of the road to the railway station at St Denysⁱ, accessed via the bridge.   It also has around 6 or 8 real ales in a classic style pub.

The Southⁱ Western Arms is in St Denysⁱ and right next to the railway station - handy.
