Booth's are a north-west supermarket chain that have shops in the Lakes, Lancashire, a couple in Yorkshire and their most southern in Knutsford.

Aside from the beer they do lots of free-range & local produce.

The beer though! They have hundreds of ales from all over the UKⁱ at really cheap prices. They sell Highgate Old Aleⁱ for £1! It's very difficult to get hold of usually but it's here & it's a quid! They have a good selection of foreign lagers too.
