A large stone hotel on the corner of a busy crossroads in town.   Once inside the bar area is large & staff pleasant.   Only 1 beer on draught being Jimi's from Moorehouses, named after the hotel's most famous guest Jimi Hendrix - a sweet honey-like beer.   We relaxed on the leather furniture & had the beer brought to us.   Once inside on a leather easy chair by the real fireplace, the busy town outside is a long way away.

I can't give this pub more stars than 3 as it only has one beer, but the surroundings are great.
