Favourite ingredients

Loopy asks:

Question

What's your favourite ingredients to brew beer with?

Answer

Malt, hops & water.   More specifically?   I love the taste of the Amercian liberty and cascade hops and when I start brewing again will look out for them to make a fresh, citrussy pale ale.
