A fairly ordinary traditional styled pub with reasonable beer.   Unfortunately it is a Greene King pub with GK beer which I find uninteresting.

There are a few tables outside, over the road by the river.   The place was heaving on the Friday evening we visited so we didn't get chance to tell how good the staff were.

Nice enough.   Ridley's Porter was the only beer worth writing about from this pub, a dark, sweetish malty porter from GK.
