Near the city centre, right on the side of the river is The Pickerel Inn.   Decked out in dark wood with 3 real ales - one of them was Orkney Dark Sun which was marvelous.   Only one barstaff serving at 18.00 on a Saturday evening in a busy pub.   Games machines & a huge telly showing Sky sports.
