Three of us stopped for lunch at the Rivermill Tavern on route to Cambridge. In a quiet area overlooking canal boats tied up in a sidewater from the river, its an old pub with plenty of room inside. Clearly live music is performed here by the large amps & lighting rigs.
The beer was well kept, but unfortunately is mostly Greene King which is a bit boring. The food was good too, from a menu of traditional pub food.
A good pub but if you want a quiet drink then look on their website for when the music is on - the place looks like it rocks.
