From the bottle gassy is my first thoughts.

May be my taste buds are dead after the massivley over hopped last beer, but this being the fourth bottle I've tried over the last few months I can say that it's not as hoppy as it should be. The banner on the bottle is "Amarillo Hops" which may be the case but they have been used sparsely and there is not a big hop taste to this beer. It's not as gassy as Asda's home beers but it's not far off. After a brief degas the taste is no better. As a real ale it's OK but you can do so much better.......
