At the opposite end of the Ratty steam railway from Ravenglass, this pub is tucked away behind a bigger pub on the road to the Hardknot Pass.

Both times I've been in they've had at least 6 beers on, although the 2nd time there was a definite Robinson's theme going on. They have their own beer fest in the summer.

Great location being at the bottom of the Eskdale Valley for after you've been walking all day.

Oh yeah - one of the licencees is called Paddington.
