An old brick building fitted out inside as a traditional pub. There is a covered, cobbled yard to the side of the pub for smokers which was busier than the inside of the pub - even though it was raining.
It was fairly busy (it was a Saturday night) but we got a place to sit under the massive telly showing football with the sound off. Well the sound might not have been off as the jukebox was so loud we couldn't hear anyone unless they were sitting next to you & shouting. This might explain the number of people outside the pub in the yard.
5 real ales on the bar; Black Sheep, Fuller's London Pride, Bass & 2 Adnams beers. We tried the Sheep, Pride & Bass which were all in good condition.
We only stayed for one drink & left to continue our conversation. I'd give more stars if the music was quieter or you could sit away from it.
