Has the Great Gable microbrewery in the back supplying bar with lots of real ales.  In perhaps the best setting of any pub anywhere - at the top end of Wast Water in the Lake District.

Good home made style food (steak pie, shepherd's pie, chips etc.)

Walkers are welcome, but then they may not get half as much trade without them!   The stone floor must help with keeping the floor clean...

Maybe my favourite pub ever.
