I bottled most of my Birthday Porter into 1 & 2 litre PET bottles, but kept 7 litres back to experiment with.

A substantial porter that will be ready to drink for my wife's (it ends in a "0") birthday. She wanted it chocolatey.

My favourite style of beer is American Pale Aleⁱ & no suprises then that I've brewed a few (they're all on this website);

American Pale Ale
Simcoe Liberty Bitter
Simcoe Cascadeⁱ Bitter

Three bottles of my Belgian Bruin Ale had frozen raspberries added at a rate of around 100g per 2 litre
