I haven't home brewed in a while & the ingredients were just lying around. I invited some friends over & I brewed on the patio whilst we drank the remainder of previous homebrews.
Originally the idea was to taste the difference between Cascadei & Liberty hops by brewing two identical beers, bar the hops in question.
Since my favourite style of beer is a pale ale with a citrussy hoppy flavour - but had already done 2 recently that were quaffing strength - I thought I'd make a proper sipping beer.
Running out of homebrew to share was looking likely, but I managed to find just over 3 hours to brew 2 batches of a stock ale so that when I have more time next week I can bottle it & perhaps b

After a success with a Cascadei-grapefruit beer last summer I thought I'd try another easy drinking super hoppey beer.
