A gusher - the beer was caught quickly in 3 glasses & drunk once the foam had collapsed.

Brewery website calls it an IPAⁱ, bottle label says it is a pale ale, I would call it an American Pale Aleⁱ - A small quibble when the beer's this good.

A copper-chestnut brown ale true to the traditional Scottish 80/- style. Malty aroma not masked by hops, nor for that matter the taste - a very low hopped beer.

Deep golden ale. Solid earthy, pine-resin hoppiness that lingers. Some caramel-toffee malt. A traditional English-style India Pale Aleⁱ with some punch to it.

A cross-over beer between a traditional German weissbier & a Scottish 80/- beer.

I bottled most of my Birthday Porter into 1 & 2 litre PET bottles, but kept 7 litres back to experiment with.

A substantial porter that will be ready to drink for my wife's (it ends in a "0") birthday. She wanted it chocolatey.

My favourite style of beer is American Pale Aleⁱ & no suprises then that I've brewed a few (they're all on this website);
